Key Responsibilities
*Generate new business through referrals, networks, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
* Meet & Help clients with property buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
* Conduct property viewings and presentations.
* Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
* Handle & Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
* Maintain and update property listings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
* Stay informed about market trends and available properties.
* Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
* Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred

*UAE driving License & preferably with Car
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiar with using CRM systems
