About the Role
The role involves overseeing the comprehensive operational management of various projects in the UAE, ensuring effective implementation of annual plans, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Oversee the comprehensive operational management of projects in the UAE (including schools, office buildings, etc.), formulate annual plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
- System Development: Introduce advanced domestic best practices; in alignment with local regulations, establish service standards, operational procedures, and emergency response plans to address existing management pain points.
- Bidding & Quotation: Lead bidding efforts for local service-oriented projects (e.g., property management) to secure new contracts and successfully launch projects.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with property owners (schools, government agencies, etc.), provide regular progress reports, resolve complaints, and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Cost & Risk Control: Prepare budgets, monitor and control costs, identify potential safety and compliance risks, and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the management of large-scale public facilities or high-end properties; proven experience in managing projects such as schools, government buildings, or premium office complexes is required. Candidates with experience in full-lifecycle project management or management system development will be given priority.
- Operational Expertise: Proficient in the end-to-end management of various functions, including engineering, security, environmental services, and customer service. Possess a systematic mindset and strong execution capabilities, with the ability to design and streamline operational processes from the ground up.
- Language Proficiency: Possess English proficiency at the CET-6 level or an equivalent standard; capable of conducting professional work communication, business negotiations, and document processing fluently in English. Proficiency in basic Arabic is considered a plus.
- Leadership & Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a high sense of responsibility; show respect for local culture and religious customs.
- Physical Fitness: Be in good physical health and capable of adapting to long-term overseas assignments.
