Role Description

We are actively seeking a Partner for our Dubai office. This is a NON-SALARY position with significant income potential. The role is full-time and on-site at our Dubai location. The Partner will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, managing real estate listings, presenting properties, closing sales, and providing expert investment consulting to clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analyses, performing property appraisals, and collaborating with developers, legal teams, and financial advisors to address each client's unique needs. A strong focus on teamwork and business development initiatives to expand our portfolio will also be essential.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market, with familiarity in both off-plan and secondary property markets being highly valued.

- Proven skills in negotiation, deal closing, and devising client-centric strategies to meet sales targets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.

- In-depth knowledge of property market trends, investment analysis, and financial advisory to support informed decision-making.

- Proficiency in managing digital platforms for property advertising and marketing efforts.

- Multilingual abilities and experience working within diverse client markets are a plus.

- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
