Role Overview

We are seeking polished, driven Real Estate Brokers who know how to build relationships, close deals, and thrive in Dubai's fast-paced property market. You will manage the full sales or leasing cycle with the support of strong leadership, marketing, and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Understand client needs and provide expert guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level experience.

Sales & Leasing

• Manage viewings, negotiations, offers, and closings.
• Source new business through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Present properties professionally and confidently.

Market Expertise

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and new developments.
• Prepare valuations and market appraisals.

Operations

• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed.

Requirements

Essential

• Real estate experience (Dubai or international)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Valid driving licence
• Fluent in English
