This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Leasing and Sales Associate. Responsibilities include overseeing property leasing and sales transactions, assisting clients in finding property solutions, preparing marketing materials, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves liaising with property owners and developers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, and meeting sales targets.

• Proficiency in Property Leasing, Sales, and Market Research
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Networking abilities
• Familiarity with Real Estate Marketing strategies and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Prior experience in real estate and knowledge of the UAE property market is highly advantageous
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to personal transportation is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
