Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Management Specialist to manage residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi tenancy systems, including DARI, DAMM, Smart Hub, and Tawtheeq, and will ensure smooth property operations, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Handle Tawtheeq registration, renewal, cancellation, and amendments
- Process tenancy-related services through DARI and DAMM systems
- Coordinate approvals, submissions, and follow-ups via Smart Hub
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
- Prepare tenancy contracts, addendums, and renewal documentation
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and handover processes
- Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and service requests professionally
- Maintain accurate property records and reports
- Support leasing and renewal processes in coordination with sales teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Property Management (Abu Dhabi)
- Strong working knowledge of Tawtheeq, DARI, DAMM, and Smart Hub
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate laws and tenancy regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with residential and commercial portfolios
- Arabic language skills (preferred, not mandatory)
