Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Property Management Senior Business Development Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing expert consultation to develop new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include creating strategic business plans, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client and organizational goals. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients to achieve growth targets and contribute to company success.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills, with a focus on strategic growth
- Excellent Communication skills, including client relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and work effectively in an on-site setting
- Knowledge of property or mall management and market trends is a MUST.
