Role Summar
yThe Property Management Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of Artha Realty's managed property portfolio. This role is the operational backbone connecting tenants, landlords, maintenance teams, and vendors — ensuring properties are well maintained, tenancy processes run smoothly, and service delivery consistently meets Artha Realty's quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the leasing and property management teams to keep operations compliant, organized, and tenant-focused, directly supporting the company's reputation for reliable, professional property management in Dubai's market
