Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in unit property management and a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of property administration. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease management, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily property operations and ensure smooth and efficient management of residential/commercial units.
  • Manage tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist with lease administration, including renewals, new leases, and rent collection.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Maintain up-to-date tenant and property records in the system.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration.
  • Strong understanding of property leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Real Estate License (preferred, not required).
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
