About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in hotel property management to join our team at our Cairo office (Mohandesen). The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our hotel properties, manage tenant/guest relations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure full compliance with legal and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full operational management of hotel properties
• Oversee regular maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
• Handle tenant/guest relations and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and lease agreements
• Prepare regular reports on performance, costs, and property conditions
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Reservations, Operations) to ensure properties are ready for occupancy

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel property management or hospitality real estate
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good knowledge of local property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in property management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
