About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of properties and leasing by ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, landlord retention, and property upkeep with minimum complaints from clients, while also contributing to business growth through proactive client engagement and new property acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

Property Management & Leasing

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the entire tenancy lifecycle.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, snag lists, key handovers, and condition reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai tenancy laws,Ejari, andRERAregulations at all times.
• Handle tenancy renewals, terminations, notices, and related documentation in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve landlord and tenant queries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.
• Register all utilities (DEWA, Empower/Zenner where applicable) under the tenant prior to handover and ensure outgoing tenants clear all outstanding utility bills before vacating.
• Manage maintenance for occupied and vacant properties, including:

oScheduling inspections

oObtaining and comparing quotations

oCoordinating approvals

oOverseeing completion and quality of works

Business Development & Client Relations

• Identify and engage landlords, property owners, and investors requiring property management and leasing services.
• Proactively follow up on leads and manage a strong pipeline using the company CRM system.
• Think creatively and strategically to promote property management and leasing services.
• Contribute new ideas and improvements to departmental processes and client offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication.

• Provenproperty management experience in Dubai(mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Dubai rental laws, Ejari, and RERA regulations.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car(mandatory).
