Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in property operations

We are looking for a proactive Property Officer to support day-to-day property management activities, coordinate with tenants and service providers, and ensure properties are maintained to a high professional standard.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily property management and administrative activities

Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, inquiries, and property matters

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service appointments

Monitor property condition and follow up on required maintenance work

Maintain accurate property records, contracts, reports, and documentation

Assist with tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and related paperwork

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, building management, and service providers

Conduct regular property inspections and report issues to management

Track maintenance costs, service requests, and outstanding actions

Support compliance with property policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in property management, real estate, facilities, or administration

Strong knowledge of property operations and tenant coordination

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Good computer skills and experience with property management systems is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple properties, requests, and deadlines

UAE / Dubai real estate experience is an advantage
