The roles requires individuals with strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in leasing or purchasing properties by providing expert advice and market insights.
• Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
• Maintain an updated database of available properties and listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

Qualifications:

• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi. (Required)
• Must own a car and valid driver's license is preferred for property visits and client meetings.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English only.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a client-focused approach.
