We're Hiring: Experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants (Residential) HouzzHunt (A Venture of Reliant Surveyors).
We are currently seeking experienced off plan property consultants specializes in residential to join the growing team at houzzhunt (A Venture of Reliant Surveyors). The ideal candidate will have previous Dubai based experience either within Brokerage or working directly with a Developer. Selected candidates will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Developers and Projects across the UAE. The chosen candidate must be a motivated, professional and presentable with the ability to meet with clients and pitch potential properties and projects. Successful candidates will be expected to qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as utilising their existing connections.
Role Description
The Off Plan Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The consultant will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored real estate consultancy, and driving property sales with a focus on Off-Plan projects. Daily responsibilities include client communication, market research, lead generation, organizing property viewings, and ensuring high standards of customer service while meeting sales targets and maintaining a professional brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
- Have an in-depth knowledge of UAE based projects and the ability to pitch these to potential buyers
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
- Advise Clients in the process of buying through a developer, guiding them in finding the best options as per their requirements
- Assist in negotiations between buyers and developers
- Develop and maintain relationships across different developers
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Continually network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
- Abide by RERA standards
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times
- Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Present to potential clients and advise them on investment opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify creative & innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business
- Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase and sale of a property
- Actively maintain the company's databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc.
- To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing a property purchase.
Qualifications
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Dubai market
- RERA license
- Proven ability in Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with knowledge of Off-Plan properties preferred.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Sales capabilities and a results-targeted mindset, with a strong ability to generate leads and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other real estate tools is a plus.
