Property Specialist ( Arabic Speaker )

This is a full-time, on-site Property Specialist role located in Abu Dhabi. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. The role involves understanding client needs, providing relevant property solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating property listings, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will also stay updated on market trends to provide clients with accurate insights.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client engagement and resolve queries effectively.
• Proven experience or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate transactions.
• Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a dynamic industry.
• Fluency in Arabic (required); proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of UAE real estate market trends and regulations.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
