Property Specialist

We're Hiring: Business Development – Short-Term Rentals | Dubai

Hashtag Holiday Home is looking for a motivated Business Development professional to help us grow our portfolio of short-term rental properties in Dubai.

The main focus of the role is simple: bring new units under management and build strong relationships with property owners and real estate agents.

We're looking for someone who:

•⁠ ⁠Has strong connections with Dubai real estate agents, brokers and property owners

•⁠ ⁠Is confident in approaching and negotiating with new clients

•⁠ ⁠Understands Dubai real estate; short-term rental experience is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Is proactive, independent and focused on results

•⁠ ⁠Can develop and maintain relationships with agents who can regularly refer new properties

The position can be full-time or part-time and is based on an attractive commission structure for every successful unit brought under management.

This could also suit an experienced real estate professional looking for an additional income stream alongside their current role.
