ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading real estate company in Dubai, for a Property Consultant to join their dynamic sales team.
Role Overview:
The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, strong sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and showcase properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist clients throughout the property transaction process, including negotiations, contracts, and paperwork.
- Maintain and update a database of properties and client interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with Dubai's real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
