Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Real Estate Broker. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining strong client relationships. The selected candidate will be responsible for market research, property listings, negotiations, closing deals, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. The Real Estate Broker will also ensure high standards of customer service and will contribute to sales growth and business development.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate operations
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and market trends
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the local real estate market in Cairo, Egypt
• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
