Job Description

As Proposal Administrator, you will be in charge of managing the preparation and the coordination of the technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the other involved departments, and to pass it to the Sales teams, to ensure the handover of the purchase orders to the Projects team, Service team etc and to record Chloride as an approved Supplier in the existing - or new - Customers / Clients quality system.

You will also coordinate and support in customer seminars and other events and support price list & partner management program on configurator and Special requests working closely with the applications team.

Responsabilities

Management of the technical and commercial offer :

To be in charge of the complete technical and commercial proposal ; getting from all the involved Departments of Chloride the information requested by the Customers in their RFQs:

  • Validate that all IPT fields are completed correctly from AE side

  • Update the IPT with the consolidated costs (freight, warranty, service, spare parts, doc, specific inspections/meetings etc.) and in accordance with the requested offer structure (alternatives, show price/hide price, items/sub-items etc.)

  • Validate that price multiplier is approved or previously agreed for defined customers and that commission is applied if required

  • Generate the commercial offers

  • Understand the configurator use and IPT creation. Preagree multiplier / SGM level guidelines with the sales manager for partner configurations

Purchase orders handovers to Projects team

  • To check and review that all the applicable and contractual documents are available and ready for a handover to Project team, in line with Chloride business, ITC, and projects execution rules

  • To actively participate to the projects handovers meetings with Sales, Projects, Purchasing, Service teams

Qualifications and pre-qualifications

  • To build the qualification folders and send them back to the Chloride Customers/Clients (or their web portals) in order to get the Chloride qualification as approved Supplier.

Annual objectives

  • To reach the annual objectives set with the Bid&Application Manager (targets / continuous improvement of the tools and processes / to participate to the training and integration of the new profiles)

Profile:

2 years university degree or professional license, an experience in international business being an advantage for this position.

Electrical engineering / diploma is an added advantage.

Language English fluent
