Role Description
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Proposal / Presales Engineers. This role is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in industrial automation, instrumentation, and electrical low-voltage systems, with direct exposure to real projects, clients, and global manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation, instrumentation, and LV electrical products
Review customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and BOQs
Select suitable products and solutions in coordination with senior engineers
Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and compliance sheets
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing, datasheets, and lead times
Support sales and project teams during pre-award and post-award stages
Maintain organized records of offers, supplier quotes, and technical documentation
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics,
Control Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior
experience required)
Technical & Personal Skills:
- Basic understanding of industrial automation,
instrumentation, or electrical systems
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and
commercial skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and understand basic technical documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic engineering
calculations
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under guidance
and deadlines
