We're Hiring: Proposal Writer | Cairo, Egypt

Advisory is hiring a Proposal Writer, to own end-to-end proposal and tender development for the Saudi and GCC markets.

Role Description

What you'll do

• Analyze RFPs and tender documents and build compliance matrices

• Write technical and commercial proposals, executive summaries and capability statements

• Coordinate inputs from BD, technical and finance teams against tight deadlines

• Prepare submissions aligned with Saudi procurement requirements (incl. Etimad)

• Build and maintain a reusable proposal content library

What you bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on proposal / bid writing experience

• Excellent written English and strong editing skills

• Ability to manage multiple bids at once under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and compliance discipline

Strongly preferred:

• Proposal experience in the KSA market

• Strong written Arabic for bilingual submissions

• Background in B2B services, technology or consulting

Location: Egypt - Remote.

Employment: Full-time, employed by Advisory (Egypt)
