Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposals Engineer based in New Cairo. The Proposals Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring project requirements and client needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing tender documents, developing proposal content, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, and ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing new projects and contributing to the company's success in the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Preparation and Writing
• Background in Architecture & Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft office
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required
• Previous experience in engineering consultancy is a plus
