Protection and Control Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring security systems and responding to alerts to ensure the safety of people and assets. Supports daily operations through inspections, incident reporting, and coordination with teams while maintaining compliance with security procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to security system alerts, ensuring immediate action is taken and incidents are escalated to management as required
• Monitor and operate all security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems, to ensure continuous protection and functionality
• Prepare and submit detailed daily operational reports, highlighting key activities, incidents, and system performance
• Oversee and evaluate BU coordinators performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards and identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct random inspections and system checks across branches to verify that all security systems are fully operational and compliant
• Supervise inspection procedures for individuals and vehicles, ensuring proper protocols are followed at all times
• Identify, document, and report violations or security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and proper resolution
• Coordinate closely with internal departments on all security and protection-related matters to support overall organizational safety
• Monitor security personnel via CCTV, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, safety standards, and security regulations, maintaining a high level of operational discipline

Qualifications & Requirements

• language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant fied
• Administrative Skills: Strong communication, reporting, and documentation ability
• Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of IT systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office application

working Conditions

• Working Hours: 8-hour shift (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)(Night Shift)
• Days Off: One day per week (Friday)
