Job Description

Location: , Cairo, Egypt

Department: Medical Relations

Reports to: Provider Success Team Leader

About Shezlong Shezlong is a mental health platform connecting people across Egypt and the Gulf with licensed therapists. We're building the systems and the team that make that connection work, on both sides.

The role We're looking for a Provider Success Specialist to own the relationship and the performance of a portfolio of therapists on our platform. You'll be the person a therapist calls when something's not working, and the one actively tracking, evaluating, and boosting how well they're doing. This is a relationship-and-performance role, not a sales role: your job is to make therapists better and make them want to stay.

What you'll do

  • Own the recruitment outcome for your portfolio through our automated sourcing pipeline — reviewing and approving the candidates it surfaces, not sourcing them by hand
  • Own an assigned portfolio of therapists as their main point of contact, and build a real relationship with each one
  • Track and evaluate each therapist's performance against clear benchmarks, and drive the actions that boost it
  • Track therapist availability and time slots, and help keep everyone's schedule balanced and full
  • Monitor day-to-day service quality and client feedback, and escalate anything clinical to the Medical Director
  • Keep clean records of therapist performance, feedback, and complaints
  • Manage transitions smoothly when therapists scale up or leave the platform

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, therapist/provider relations, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication, in both English and Arabic
  • The organizational discipline to juggle a full portfolio without dropping the ball
  • A data-driven streak — you're comfortable reading performance numbers and acting on them
  • Solid problem-solving instincts and the confidence to navigate a tense conversation on your own
  • Comfort with MS Office and a fast-paced, still-figuring-it-out environment

Nice to have

  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience recruiting or managing healthcare professionals
  • Familiarity with telehealth or online service marketplaces
