About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedPSP Directorto join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of global payment infrastructure in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Payment Network Construction:Lead the end-to-end development of international payment system architecture, covering acquiring, payouts, foreign exchange, and underlying clearing and settlement systems. Ensure the architecture is scalable and highly available to support business growth.

Channel Integration & Routing Optimization:Drive the expansion and integration of major global and localized payment channels (including international card schemes and local QR payment networks such as EMVCo). Design and optimize intelligent routing strategies for core products like Global Express Remittance to ensure second-settlement capabilities while minimizing cross-border fund transfer costs.

Card Product & Value-Added Service Collaboration:Coordinate with multi-currency wallet and physical/virtual card business units to enhance fund flow channels. Oversee the integration of third-party value-added service APIs (e.g., communications, utility bill payments) within the underlying payment architecture.

Funds & Settlement Management:Establish an efficient global multi-currency position management mechanism. Optimize foreign exchange (FX) trading processes to reduce exchange losses and improve overall fund transfer efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Control Development:Actively participate in building the compliance framework for cross-border payment business licenses. Integrate robust risk control mechanisms into core payment logic in alignment with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements to ensure end-to-end fund security.

Global Licensing Strategy & Commercial Monetization:Formulate and execute the company's strategy for applying, acquiring, and maintaining financial/payment licenses in key target markets (e.g., Hong Kong MSO, Singapore MPI, European EMI, North American MSB). Deeply explore the commercial value of licenses to achieve large-scale monetization and maximize profitability through the development of a BaaS (Banking/Payment as a Service) model, empowering B-end clients via open APIs and optimizing clearing routes.

Qualifications

Experience:5+ years of experience in core payment products or business architecture within international payments, cross-border finance, or leading card issuers. At least 3+ years of team management experience.

Professional Knowledge:Deep understanding of global digital payment and clearing networks (e.g., SWIFT, local ACH schemes), the operational mechanisms of card organizations, and cross-border remittance flows.

Licensing & Commercial Acumen:Hands-on experience in leading or deeply participating in the application and implementation of payment/issuing licenses in major global financial hubs (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, North America). Strong commercial awareness, with the ability not only to obtain licenses to mitigate risks, but more importantly, to leverage licenses to generate revenue.

Commercial Sensitivity:Ability to translate cutting-edge tech-finance concepts (Tech-Fintech) into practical payment product solutions. Maintain a high level of sensitivity to emerging market trends.

Language & Background:Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills; proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages (knowledge of additional languages such as Russian or Spanish is a plus).
