In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments tailored to the needs of patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care that addresses both psychological and psychiatric aspects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed psychiatric and psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans using evidence-based psychiatric and psychotherapeutic methods
- Manage patient care through pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues
- Maintain meticulous medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain updated on psychiatric practices
Requirements
- Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry
- Board certification in Psychiatry and eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi
- Proven clinical experience in psychological and psychiatric care
- Familiarity with relevant regional healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
