Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Psychological Therapist to provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy for children and adults. The successful candidate will develop individualized treatment plans, support patients in achieving their mental health goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy and counseling
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Educate patients and families on mental health and coping strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and community awareness initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Valid SCFHS license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
