Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching students following international curricula, including IB, A Levels, and AP Psychology. The candidate must be able to deliver engaging lessons, simplify complex psychological concepts, and support students in achieving strong academic results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Psychology for IB (SL & HL), A Levels / AS Levels, and AP Psychology.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock exams.
• Conduct online and offline classes for individual and group students.
• Monitor student progress and provide personalised academic guidance.
• Help students develop strong analytical, critical-thinking, and exam techniques.
• Explain psychological theories, research methods, and concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and student-focused learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience in IB, A Levels, or AP Psychology.
• Strong knowledge of international Psychology curricula and examination formats.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex psychological concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
• Strong understanding of Psychology assessment and exam techniques.
• Passion for student development and academic success.
