Masar Al Ameen Business Setup is seeking a reliable and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and approvals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE laws, government procedures, and experience liaising with various government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all government transactions related to visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, medical tests, and immigration procedures
  • Process company trade license issuance, renewal, amendments, and cancellations
  • Coordinate with DED, MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Free Zones, and other authorities
  • Manage employment visas, family visas, investor visas, and cancellation procedures
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and company documents
  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related documents and approvals
  • Assist clients with business setup documentation and government approvals
  • Keep the management informed about changes in UAE labor and immigration laws
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for employee-related government processes
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a PRO / Government Relations Officer in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration rules, and licensing procedures
  • Familiar with Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, and Free Zone processes
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and well-organized
