Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Content and Cultural Adaptation. Developing and localizing press releases, thought leadership, and campaign messaging in both Arabic and English to align perfectly with Saudi cultural values and societal norms
- Media and Influencer Relations. Cultivating direct relationships with tier-1 Saudi and pan-Arab journalists, editors, and key local digital influencers (Snapchat, X, TikTok) to secure high-impact earned coverage
- Vision 2030 Strategic Alignment. Ensuring client campaigns and corporate messaging are explicitly tied to the pillars, goals, and mega-projects of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030
- Client and Portfolio Management. Serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for accounts, managing budgets, directing junior PR executives, and reporting clear ROI metrics to clients
- Crisis and Reputation Management. Monitoring the fast-evolving Saudi media landscape to identify potential risks, while executing swift, localized mitigation strategies to protect client reputations
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of PR agency experience managing diverse client portfolios, preferably within the GCC or specifically the Saudi Arabian market.
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong networks with tier-1 Saudi, pan-Arab, and regional media outlets, journalists, and editor
- Proven experience executing integrated communications campaigns that blend traditional media relations with digital strategies, including Saudi-specific influencer engagement across Snapchat, X, and TikTok.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's current socio-economic landscape, with hands-on experience aligning corporate messaging with Vision 2030 initiatives and government framework
- Excellent bilingual communication skills with a strong capability to manage, review, and refine complex content in both professional Arabic and English.
