Public Relations & Communication Director Experience in Healthcare Sector industry from 9 to 11 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies to enhance

Baheya Foundation's brand, public image, and community engagement.

• Manage media relations, corporate communications, and the Foundation's

reputation.

• Lead public awareness campaigns, digital communications, and social media

channels.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media, corporates, NGOs, and

other stakeholders.

• Oversee content development, communication initiatives, and performance

reporting.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration,

or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- 10+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or

Brand Communications, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Experience in the non-profit, healthcare, or NGO sector is preferred.

Competencies Required:

- Strong network with media, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
