Public Relations Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for a Public Relations Manager to lead all UK & European communications for Earth Positive. Based in our Dubai office, you'll be the sole PR lead, managing media, press, campaigns, and events to elevate our sustainable fashion brand.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute PR campaigns across traditional and digital media.

Develop press releases, statements, and media materials to communicate brand stories effectively.

Secure top-tier editorial placements and build strong media relationships in the UK & Europe.

Identify and pursue opportunities to raise the profile of the brand and its founder across diverse media outlets and industry events.

Coordinate PR activations, events, and photoshoots to maximize brand visibility.

Track performance, manage budgets, and report on PR impact.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities for brand exposure.

What We're Looking For:

68+ years experience in PR, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.

Strong media and influencer network across UK & Europe.

Exceptional communication, organization, and independent-working skills.

Strategic, creative, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Fluent in English; excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Requirements:

Must be based in Dubai and hold a valid residency visa.

Office-based role in Dubai; flexibility to work occasional weekends may be required.
