Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee external and internal communication initiatives, improve brand reputation, and establish strong relationships with government entities, media outlets, and the public. Key Responsibilities
Daily duties may include the following activities:
- Represent the organization in meetings and public hearings with government officials.
- Regular visits to the traffic department, the payment of fines, and participation in any police or legal proceedings.
- Delivery & Collections of cheques, notes, and various other payment transactions.
- Advise and brief executives on changes in policy, labour, and employment law.
- Oversee the entire visa and visa renewal process for QER KSA, including quota management, labour compliance, medical examinations, Iqama processing, and visa procedures.
- Scan and store complete employee documents (passport, Emirates ID, photographs, letters, licenses, etc.).
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Must hold a valid KSA light vehicle driving license.
- Strong understanding of Saudi culture, media landscape, and government protocols.
- Familiar with Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, and other KSA digital platforms.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
