Overview:
The Company Setup Consultant guides clients through business formation in Dubai, handling licensing, government procedures, visas, and providing expert business consultation to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on business structures and free zone jurisdictions
- Assist with trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and government approvals
- Manage PRO services including visas, Emirates ID processes, medical tests, and document submissions
- Provide business consultation on compliance, costs, operational requirements, and feasibility
- Liaise with government departments, free zones, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain organised records and ensure timely client follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in company setup, PRO services, and business consultations in the UAE
- Strong understanding of licensing procedures, labor and immigration regulations, and government portals
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients efficiently
