Job Overview
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related documentation, regulatory processes, and visa requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of free zone regulations, particularly with Dubai Silicon Oasis, and experience handling government portals and compliance procedures in the UAE.
The PRO will be responsible for ensuring all company and employee documentation is processed efficiently and in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Government Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and UAE government authorities.
- Manage official documentation and submissions to Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and other relevant entities.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE labor and immigration regulations.
Visa & Immigration Management
- Process and manage employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Handle entry permits, Emirates ID applications, and medical appointments.
- Coordinate with employees regarding visa documentation requirements.
Licensing & Documentation
- Manage trade license applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Handle company documentation such as NOCs, labor contracts, and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure all company records with government authorities are accurate and updated.
Portal & System Management
- Work with government portals related to immigration and free zones.
- Track application statuses and ensure timely completion of approvals.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of all government-related documentation.
- Support HR and management with compliance-related matters.
- Provide updates on regulatory changes affecting company operations.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Proven experience dealing with Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone procedures.
- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, labor laws, and company licensing processes.
- Experience handling documentation with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and related authorities.
- Fluency in English andArabic.
- Only candidates currently in Dubai will be considered.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
