About the Role

1XL Infra is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) & Government Liaison to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with UAE laws, labour regulations, and real estate regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with various UAE government authorities and supporting the company in visa processing, licensing, and real estate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interactions with UAE government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, RERA, DLD, and Free Zone entities
• Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes including issuance, renewals, and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and real estate requirements
• Manage real estate-related registrations, approvals, and documentation with RERA and DLD
• Oversee trade license renewals, establishment cards, and corporate documentation
• Support HR and management with labour contracts, regulatory filings, and government documentation
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on compliance and regulatory matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 4–7 years of experience as a PRO or Government Liaison in the UAE
• Strong background in the UAE real estate sector (RERA / DLD experience required)
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and real estate regulations
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred) and strong English communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
