Job Description

To ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations by managing company licenses, visas, permits, and other official documentation. To act as the main liaison between NAOS and governmental authorities in KSA, safeguarding the company's reputation and enabling smooth business operations.

The role also includes providing day-to-day support for employees governmental and administrative requests, including exit/re-entry visas, Iqama renewals, Istiqdam processes, letters attestation and other related services, ensuring timely processing and smooth employee experience.

  • To handle employee visa processes, renewals, transfers, cancellations, exit/re-entry visas, final exit procedures, and Iqama renewals in coordination with HR, ensuring full compliance with KSA regulations.
  • To manage recruitment-related government procedures, including Istiqdam requests, work visa allocations, profession amendments, and employee sponsorship transfers.
  • To manage company commercial registrations, municipality licenses, Chamber of Commerce memberships, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and other government portals, ensuring timely renewals, updates, and compliance.
  • To monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and support the company in maintaining compliance with localization targets and labor regulations.
  • To coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure all company licenses, permits, certificates, and official documents remain valid and up to date.
  • To represent the company before ministries, chambers of commerce, municipalities, embassies, and other Saudi governmental and public authorities.
  • To support employees with day-to-day governmental and administrative requests, ensuring efficient and timely processing of all related services.
  • To maintain accurate records of all government transactions, employee documentation, and compliance activities, ensuring proper filing and audit readiness.
  • To proactively monitor and communicate updates in Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and governmental requirements that may impact company operations.
  • To support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating all related governmental procedures and documentation.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant government authorities and service providers to facilitate smooth business operations.
