Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) procedures, customs documentation, and UAE immigration processes.
This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage government-related documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate all PRO activities in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all government-related documentation and transactions.
- Process employee visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, and related immigration services.
- Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, and residency procedures.
- Handle customs documentation and clearance processes within SAIF Zone.
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, including Immigration, the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MOHRE), municipalities, free zone authorities, and consulates.
- Process trade license renewals, amendments, permits, and other company-related approvals.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and free zone regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed within required deadlines.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
- Proven experience handling SAIF Zone PRO and customs procedures is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration, labor, and government documentation processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online government portals.
- Driving License Required.
