Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong Typing expertise to manage government relations, visa processing, and business setup activities across Abu Dhabi mainland and freezones. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling immigration, labor, business licensing, and judicial processes with strong knowledge of government portals and embassy-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business setup for Abu Dhabi mainland and freezones
  • Manage all immigration and labor-related work, including new job offers, work permits, labor cards, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle visa processing (Family Visa, Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Employment Visa, Partner Visa) from initiation to stamping and Emirates ID issuance.
  • Carry out business setup services in Abu Dhabi mainland and freezones, including trade name reservation, commercial license issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Execute all TAMM-related services, ensuring smooth processing of licenses, permits, and other government applications.
  • Coordinate new commercial license issuance, modifications, and license transfers for various business activities.
  • Manage Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) tasks, including MOA drafting, POA attestations, and document legalization.
  • Visit and liaise with embassies, consulates, and government departments for attestations, approvals, and other required documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications through portals such as MOI, MOHRE (Tas-heel, Tadbeer), TAMM, ADJD, Immigration, Civil Defense, DOH, ADGM, and DED.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, residency rules, and licensing regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of visas, licenses, and ongoing government-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven PRO/government liaison experience in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, immigration rules, and business setup processes.
  • Hands-on experience in TAMM, MOHRE (Tas-heel/Tadbeer), Immigration portals, ADJD, Civil Defense, DOH, and other government systems.
  • Experience handling family visas, golden visas, investor visas, and employment visas.
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Valid driving license is a Plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues with government departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases/projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and government officials.
  • Established network with embassies and government authorities in Abu Dhabi.
