Purpose
- To adhere to compliance requirements and PRO team management while managing the visa and license activities/transactions of client(s).
- To monitor and drive the team to maintain high service levels, compliant operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the PRO Services clients and operations team for smooth delivery of service
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure there is ZERO failures with client operations and compliance
- Timely and accurate management of client and client's employee escalations
- Ensure a high CSAT score
- Driving self to meet SLAs as per defined metrics without any deviation
- Contribute by way of innovative ideas to stream line operations, define innovative and quicker ways of work
- Ensure the system adherence by the team in operations
- Regular governance on operations with internal management and clients
- Assist the team with PRO services operations and explore any new opportunities for the team to enhance the service delivery
- 100% compliance to be adhered around original document release to and from employee/client/internal department
- Monitor, manage document movement scheduled for delivery through TASC messenger
- Manage, monitor supply chain of physical documents and coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors and clients
- Manage external vendors to complete transactions and report on time
- Manage queries of clients and employees
- Client visits and regular governance meetings with internal team & client
- Able to do weekly/monthly reports as per company and client requirements
- Should be able to manage clients effectively and efficiently on day to day basis
Must Have - Skills and Education qualification
- 2- 5 years of PRO Services (visa processing) experience (UAE Experience). Experience of company set up is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in managing team, experience of managing PROs is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to generate reports for internal and external customers and ability to use CRM system effectively
