Role summary
Support the growth of Organization Public Sector portfolio locally by contributing to sales, delivery, and capability development. Act as a senior subject matter expert, supporting account strategies, shaping complex opportunities, and ensuring delivery excellence across government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support key Public Sector capabilities by providing subject matter and technical expertise aligned with market demand
- Own and contribute to delivery of strategic engagements across priority government entities
- Support pre-sales activities including opportunity shaping, proposal development, and client presentations
- Contribute to the growth of targeted accounts through cross-selling and up-selling
- Collaborate with organization teams to leverage best-in-class capabilities
- Build strong client relationships, supporting account growth and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Drive the development of compelling bids in collaboration with capability teams
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and sector positioning
- Conduct research and develop insights on public sector priorities and trends
- Own and contribute to delivery of won engagements across government entities, ensuring excellence, quality, timeline adherence and profitability.
Experience & profile:
- 8–12 years of experience in public sector consulting
- Strong experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and delivery of consulting engagements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Technology, Data or related fields
- GCC experience within public sector
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
