Company Description Tiba Landscape for General Contracting, established in 2002 as an Egyptian shareholding company, is a leading provider of landscape design and implementation, as well as general contracting services. The company specializes in soft and hardscape works for tourism and hotel projects, private and public parks, and golf courses, including the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of irrigation networks and indoor/outdoor planting. Projects begin with site review, scheduling, and technical and financial studies, followed by execution, consultation, and supervision to deliver smart, cost-effective solutions and optimal use of green spaces. Tiba Landscape relies on experienced consultants, engineers, technicians, and trained workers, supported by extensive tools and services to meet diverse business needs. The company also operates its own farms across 500 acres, dedicated to grass, decorative plants, and fruit trees, ensuring reliable supply for its projects.
Role Description The Purchase Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for overseeing purchasing and logistics activities to support landscape and contracting projects. The role includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services. The manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates deliveries to project sites, and ensures materials arrive on time and in line with specifications and budget requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve tracking procurement schedules, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with project and site teams, and resolving any supply or logistics issues. The role also requires continuous evaluation of vendors, optimization of purchasing processes, and adherence to company policies and health and safety standards.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management and Purchasing to plan, execute, and control procurement activities effectively.
  • Candidates should possess practical experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
  • Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, forecast needs, and minimize shortages or excess materials.
  • Candidates should possess abilities in logistics coordination, including shipment tracking, scheduling deliveries, and optimizing transport routes and costs.
  • Candidates should possess good analytical and numerical skills to compare supplier offers, manage budgets, and prepare reports.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, project managers, site engineers, and finance teams.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office and ERP or purchasing systems; experience in construction or landscaping sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in purchasing and logistics management.
