Purchase Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager located in Salmiya. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services. Daily responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate procurement records, and analyzing market trends to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions. Collaborating with other departments to understand procurement needs and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement planning skills
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics
• Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Prior experience in food and beverage or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Must have Article 18 Visa
