Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, including supplier information, order details, and inventory levels.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with project teams.
- Assist with the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in civil procurement within the construction industry
- Experience in UAE construction market experience
- Experience in handling site material procurement and supplier coordination
- Ability to handle multiple site requirements and follow-up independently
