Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Qesm El Maadi. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves regular communication with suppliers, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to support operational efficiency.
Job duties
-Prepare and issue purchase orders.
-Follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payments.
-Coordinate with warehouse and finance departments.
-Maintain purchasing records and update supplier database.
-Compare quotations and support in price negotiations.
-Ensure timely delivery of local and imported materials.
-Preferably experienced in using SAP system.
- Experience : Fresh to 1
- Bachelor degree.
-very Good command of English & Microsoft Office
