We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactivePurchasing Assistantto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations by managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials aligned with our design standards. This role is instrumental in maintaining the seamless execution of our luxury interior projects.

• Process and manage purchase orders in coordination with design and project teams
• Handle procurement-related documentation and vendor communications
• Source materials and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Track deliveries, ensure quality compliance, and resolve any supply issues
• Maintain organized procurement records and inventory reports
• Assist in cost tracking and budget adherence for procurement activities

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within the interior design or fit-out industry
• Proficient in creating and managing purchase orders and procurement workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and high-end vendor networks is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
