The Purchasing / Logistics Assistant will work under Tread Planet General Trading LLC, Dubai, supporting procurement and logistics operations by coordinating with suppliers, managing orders and shipments, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Job Description:
- Support purchasing processes, including supplier communication and order follow-up
- Coordinate logistics activities such as shipments, deliveries, and freight arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Track inventory levels and assist with procurement planning
- Prepare and maintain purchasing and logistics records
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of goods
Requirements:
- Graduate of Any Degree
- 45 years of relevant purchasing and logistics experience
- Background in Tyre Trading is strongly preferred
- Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written is a MUST)
- Strong organizational, Negotiation and communication skills are required.
