  6. Monitors stock levels and places orders when needed.
  7. Works with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of materials.
  8. Enters purchase details (vendors, quantities, prices) into the system.
  9. Maintains records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices.
  10. Prepares reports on purchasing activities and costs.
  11. Follows Company purchasing policies and procedures.
  12. Follows local and international benchmarking.
  13. Uses the Company related softwares and applications professionally.
