Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a Purchasing Officer to support procurement activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects with a Civil focus. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services while maintaining compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Your Role

As a Purchasing Officer you will:

• Source and purchase civil-related materials and equipment for EPC projects.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong focus on Oil & Gas EPC Civil projects.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of civil materials, construction processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
