Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Representative. The role is based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Purchasing Representative will be responsible for preparing and processing purchase orders, conducting vendor research, managing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. They will engage with suppliers to maintain effective communication and strong relationships to support organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing +4 years include construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Purchase Orders and expertise in Purchasing and Procurement processes
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and supplier relationship management
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the construction industry or similar fields is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
